Speed Camp is an off-season speed, agility, power, and conditioning program designed for athletes who wish to take there game a step above the competition. Training is modeled after NCAA off-season training programs, physiologically designed to make players better "athletes" who can run faster and last longer than their opponents. This program is for athletes of any age or gender who wants to excel at their sport! Participants will become faster, quicker, and more powerful while improving their footwork, and stamina. The program will also include core exercises to improve the athletes hips, abdominal, back muscles and prevent injury including specific exercises to reduce risks of knee and ankle injuries. Accept no substitute. Nothing else will prepare you to dominate the competition this year like this program. SPEED CAMP starts June 10, 2008 - It is going to be HOT - we will still train but will make the appropriate modifications for the temperature and humidity!Key Benefits
